Powerful Negotiators agency was formed in August 2004 (formerly known as Mega Force) with just 20 associates. Presentation Skill (Part 1) Conducted by Team Leader, Kelvin Fong, on how to prepare a financial report for your client so that they are well advised on when to buy/sell. You will be taught how to present these advise in a professional manner to your clients. Presentation Skill (Part 2) You will be taught on how to do some financial calculation and provide a detailed planning for your clients so that they know when is the best time to shift in and out of an investment. Interactive Presentation & Case Study (IPCS) Different managers will take turns to share their case study of HDB and/or Private property transactions (includes some CPF knowledge) so that they can learn from their experiences.
